This website operates as a biographical information resource under the fair-use doctrine:
We believe our use of names, biographical information, publicly available statistics, and a limited number of publicly available promotional or social-media images for identification constitutes fair use. We respect copyright holders' rights and will address legitimate concerns promptly.
This website does not contain:
Our content is original text, publicly available statistics, factual biographical information written by our team, and, where shown, a small number of publicly available images used for identification under fair use.
If you believe content here infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include:
Send your complete notice to our DMCA agent at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Incomplete notices may not be processed.
To: [email protected] Subject: DMCA Takedown Notice I, [YOUR NAME], am the [owner / authorized agent] of certain intellectual property rights. The copyrighted work is: [DESCRIPTION OF YOUR COPYRIGHTED WORK] The infringing material appears at: [SPECIFIC URL ON OUR WEBSITE] My contact information: Name: [YOUR FULL NAME] Address: [FULL ADDRESS] Phone: [PHONE NUMBER] Email: [EMAIL ADDRESS] I have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. When we receive a valid notice we review it for completeness (1 to 2 business days), remove or disable the material if the claim is valid (2 to 3 business days), notify you of the action by email, and keep records as required by the DMCA. Typical response time is 3 to 5 business days from receipt of a valid notice.
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction. Send it to the same DMCA agent email with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notification".
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, relationships with repeat copyright infringers. Because we do not host user-generated content, this applies mainly to our own content.
